Scottie had to work on New Years Eve so Kynsley and I went to hang out at the Ellis' for a little while. We were so happy when daddy stopped by to wish us a Happy New Year. Kynsley and I were in bed long before midnight but I was woken up by the sounds of fireworks going off. I got Kynsley out of bed because I didn't want her to miss the beautiful display. Shortly after midnight she fell back asleep. Unlike me the fireworks didn't stop until around 2 am.
