We went out to eat at our first German resturant. Our expereince was wonderful...Jill trying to be the healthy one orders fish...when they place it on the table she says, "oohh it has an eye" I couldn't stop laughing. So now we know....other than that everything was great. I love the pumpkin soup and the salad. I also ate Jagerschnitzel, with a mushroom gravy. SO yummy!

New Years 2007
Since Scottie had to go to work around 12:30 we had a nice quiet evening at home. Just the three of us brought in the New Years. I can't believe its already 2007 that just seems crazy to me. But we had a wonderful view from our windows and Kynsley loved the fireworks and all the noise. The next day she kept reaching up for us to hold her to the window.
Scott and Kynsley watching the fireworks from our apartment. The view was so amazing...I'm sure there were hundreds of different fireworks at one time.

Meeting the new Barbers
Scott and David grew up together in Orting, WA. So we were so happy to hear that that him and his wife, Jill and baby Tucker were going to be stationed in Germany as well. Jill and I have been chatting through email and a few phone calls for the last several months. I was so excited to meet her and happy to have a friend right away. They came over to our house the first weekend we got to Germany. Little Tucker is so cute and Kynsley loves giving him kisses! We're so thankful the Barbers live so close to us so we have each other!
